An established international renewable-energy developer is looking for a Project Engineer to join its growing Italian team.What You'll DoLead the design and coordination of solar PV, PV + storage, and interconnection infrastructure projects.Oversee low, medium, and high-voltage infrastructure design, including overhead lines, underground lines, switching/transformer centers, and substations.Manage and collaborate with external engineering firms and ensure alignment with company strategy.Evaluate project status during development and work closely with procurement on cost evaluations.Estimate project yield and maintain professional relationships with EPCs, manufacturers, investors, utilities, developers, and landowners.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).3+ years' experience in a similar role within Italy.Strong knowledge of Italian renewable-energy permitting procedures and familiarity with E-Distribuzione and Terna processes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Google Earth, IMEDEXA (or similar), and substation design software.Solid project-management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Fluent English (other languages a plus).Experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects is a bonus.Why JoinYou'll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to accelerating the renewable-energy transition in Italy and beyond.
