Nel Tuo Lavoro Dovrai

• Riportare al Responsabile Operativo Service.
• Eseguire interventi pianificati e ad hoc per ispezionare, riparare, risolvere i problemi e riparare vari sistemi tecnici. Diagnosticare eventuali problemi per prevenire i fermi macchina.
• Garantire la conformità alle norme di sicurezza e documentare le attività attraverso digital tools.
• Essere il referente per i clienti, fornire consigli di assistenza e rispondere tempestivamente alle loro esigenze.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza come tecnico di assistenza o manutenzione in ambito elettrico o meccanico
• Formazione presso istituti tecnici.
• Conoscenza di base dell\'inglese.

• You have minimum 2 years of experience, working as a service or maintenance technician
• Technical school background
• Basic knowledge of English

Job location

Farai parte del nostro centro assistenza di Milano. Entrerai a far parte di un dinamico team di service operando principalmente presso la sede di Milano (potrebbero essere richieste brevi trasferte in Italia (IT).

You will be part of our customer center in Milan. You will join a dynamic field service team, working mainly at our site in Milan (short visits to the customers in Italy may be required).
