Work &, Work SA For an international organisation in the medical/scientific sector, we are looking for a Scientific Programmes Assistant to join their team in Lugano. This role supports the preparation and coordination of scientific and educational programmes linked to major congresses and conferences. Main Responsibilities - Provide administrative and logistical support for scientific and educational events - Coordinate communications with speakers, scientific committees, and abstract authors - Assist with document management (emails, meeting minutes, action plans, presentations) - Update and manage content across websites, event platforms, and internal systems - Ensure accuracy of programme data and liaise with external providers (agencies, tech platforms) Requirements - University degree (preferably in science, communications, or event management) - Fluent in English (C1/C2), additional languages are a plus - Previous experience in scientific event coordination, programme support, or administrative roles - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset - Confident with Microsoft Office and digital tools (CMS, event tech, databases) Branche: Wissenschaften Funktion: Kommunikation/Presse Führungsperson: Nein Anstellungsart: Festanstellung
