Credit Assistant (INTERNSHIP)

The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit and Make Up For ever).

MISSION :

Within the Finance department, The Credit & Treasury services are crucial for our company. Their aim is to maintain a robust financial health through information analysis and structured report within the operational framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reporting directly to the Credit & Treasury Manager, the chosen candidate will support the team within the following activities:

• Operational management of activities arising from framework agreements signed with credit institutions
• Support in the detection and control of actual and forecast data regarding cash flow requirements
• Support in managing relationships with internal (i.e. accounting, operations) and external stakeholders (i.e. banks, credit institutions, customers)
• Analysis of financial statements in order to support the granting credit activities to the B2B customer base
• Perform incoming payments posting and support reconciliation of customers accounts

REQUIREMENTS :

• Graduating or Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or any other related degree
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Reliability, precision, and attention to detail will complete the profile
• Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.),
• Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE :

• Knowledge of POWER BI PRO or other business intelligence tool
