Field Application Engineer

As a Field Application Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical link between customers and next-generation power architectures, supporting design wins and promoting the adoption of cutting-edge, energy-efficient technologies.

This role combines pre- and post-sales technical support, customer engagement, schematic review, and close collaboration with business development, engineering teams, and distribution partners.

Based in Milan, with 30–50% travel, the position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years’ experience in analog/power design or applications, strong English and Italian communication skills, and the ability to work closely with channel partners. Automotive experience is a plus.
