RESPONSIBILITIES <

As a cook intern, your duties will include the following :

• Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant.
• Restocking all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Cleaning and maintaining station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Understanding and knowing how to use and maintain all station equipment properly.
• Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen.
• Performing additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Kitchen Manager at any time.
• Preparing food : Meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold food items.
• Covering, dating, and correctly storing all food preparation items.
• Using food preparation tools following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Closing the kitchen correctly and following the closing protocol made per station.
