You will be a vital player in leading the daily engineering support of service shops. You will ensure reliability and consistent performance of the maintenance activities within the Aero Derivative Gas Turbines area.

As a Repair Engineer Aero Derivative Gas Turbines (Shop support, Departure Records Management), you will be responsible for :

• Supporting maintenance execution in the service shop including inspection and disposition of components.
• Dis-positioning activities, ensuring the latest shop practices have been followed, and reporting outstanding recurrent findings (Leading indicators) to the repair engineering teams.
• Supporting operational targets such as the Turn Around Time.
• Supporting risk-based evaluation and risk-based mitigation action definitions.
• Preparing technical documentation supporting internal reviews of the project being accountable for the applicable action items.
• Leading technical investigations and Root Cause Analysis activities on gas turbine components.
• Supporting development of repair and inspection technologies, process qualification, and industrialization. Related program deliverables to repair facilities.
• Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes.
