As Grid Connection Manager, you’ll play a critical role in securing and managing grid connections for a portfolio of renewable energy projects across Italy, Germany, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end grid connection process for utility scale solar projects (HV / MV)
• Liaise with grid operators (TSOs / DSOs) to negotiate and secure connections
• Assess grid capacity, connection feasibility, and potential technical constraints for new and existing sites
• Manage grid studies, including load flow, fault level, and stability analyses
• Support construction and commissioning teams
• Monitor and report on connection milestones, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules
