Purchase Coordinator (m / f / d)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to manage all procurement activities, including intercompany purchases and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective purchasing processes while fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The ideal candidate is results-driven, structured, and capable of navigating complex procurement frameworks in an international environment. The role is based in La Spezia.

Procurement Management

• Coordinate and oversee all purchasing activities across the organization.
• Manage intercompany procurement processes, ensuring alignment with group policies and contractual standards.
• Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal quality, cost and delivery performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
