A scale-up in the AI-driven marketing analytics space is looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer with strong React expertise to take ownership of frontend architecture and guide technical delivery across the product. Responsibilities Lead frontend-first architectural decisions and ensure scalable implementation Translate UX and product requirements into high-quality engineering outcomes Manage backlog, task prioritization, and development workflows Act as the technical bridge between Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineering Establish coding standards, best practices, and delivery procedures Support recruiting, onboarding, and evaluation of technical talent Ideal Candidate A fullstack engineer with deep experience in React , strong product intuition, and the ability to lead both technical strategy and team culture. Someone comfortable driving decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, and owning the frontend vision end-to-end. English is a must, italian preferable!
