FOOD&BEVERAGE MANAGER

We are looking for :

FOOD&BEVERAGE MANAGER (Florence)

Responsibilities :

• Finding the property to open affiliated structures
• Coordinating refurbishment and overseeing the construction if necessary
• Preparing contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Assuring the coordination and management of Food and Beverage operations are in place
• Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as having a liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analyses
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
• Reporting to Group Hospitality Director while Implementing Group procedures, standards and promoting the vision of the organization
• Participating in the selection of employees and training staff to provide excellent service
• Overseeing the service level and quality requirements are met
• Supervise effective implementation of Food & Beverage campaigns, recommend changes and modifications to various campaign data
• Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets, which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market
