Virtual Work : Response Rating and Evaluation- Italian

TELUS International AI (“TIAI”) is seeking Italian speakers for our project

Task Description : participants to assess artificial intelligence outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance according to detailed guidelines, providing critical feedback to improve machine learning models for search engines, chatbots, or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, rating AI-generated content (text, images, etc.) and ensuring compliance with standards. The work will be executed in the customer tool and the user will be provided with instructions to login and execute the task.

The users will be primarily provided with tasks with Target language recruited for and when there is low work in Target language, they can avail English tasks as well, unless the user confirms that they are not comfortable rating english tasks.

Expected Project Duration : November 2025 – December 2026

Estimated time to complete the task : 3 minutes per task and minimum 20 ratings per hour.

Availability for this project 10 to 20 hrs a week

Compensation :

• 13.5 USD / hour (0.68 USD per unit)
• This is an independent contractor opportunity.
• Payment will be processed via Hyperwallet.
• Payment will be made after tasks are approved in the QA phase
