You can adapt to our tone of voice perfectly : professional yet human, authoritative yet accessible. You don't wait for instructions. You propose ideas, chase the assets, and get the job done. Proven experience growing Personal Brands and Company Pages on LinkedIn (B2B focus preferred). Native / Fluent English & Italian. Strong copywriting skills (show us your portfolio, not just your CV). Basic graphic / video editing skills (Canva) to turn raw assets into posts. A link to your LinkedIn profile. Examples of LinkedIn posts you created that drove real engagement. A one-sentence explanation of why "repurposing" is key to a content strategy. An approachable, highly organized, and proactive team player with meticulous attention to detail. Fully proficient and self-sufficient in the Google Workspace environment (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Meet, Gmail). Fluent (both written and spoken) in Italian and English. Currently residing in Europe. Required to operate as an independent contractor, possessing a valid VAT registration (P. IVA or equivalent status).

About the Role
Webing is looking for a Content Strategist who can take full ownership of our brand narrative on LinkedIn. We don't need someone to just "manage the calendar"; we need a strategic storyteller who can translate our daily business reality into compelling content assets.
You will be the voice of Webing and our Founder. You will own the process from raw idea to final click.
What You Will Own (End-to-End)
- Discovery : Mining our internal assets (WhatsApp threads, transcripted meetings, client videos, company memos, etc.) to find the hidden stories.
- Strategy : Running our weekly content loop (Learnings, Client Stories, Opinions, KPIs).
- Creation : Drafting, editing, and polishing high-level copy for both the Company Page and the Founder's Personal Profile.
- Execution : Posting, managing engagement, and repurposing content across formats.
