Location : Hotel Violino d’Oro, Venice (Member of Leading Hotels of the World)

Job Description

A Reservation Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests in the hospitality sector. With the right qualifications and skills, professionals in this role contribute to the success and reputation of their establishments. The Reservation Executive handles requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms. He / She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system. He / She needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms. He / She helps to meet monthly revenue target.

Responsibilities

• Managing reservations and booking requests from customers.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.
• Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.
• Coordinating daily with Revenue and Fron Office team
• Creation of weekly, monthly Reports
• Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
