We are seeking a Certification Program Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Certification Office Quality Management Systems to show compliance with the requirements of the relevant CASCO standards and the Cybersecurity regulations / schemes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Program Owner, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Certification Office Quality Management Systems.
• Manage and implement projects of moderate and advanced complexity for the certification office.
• Provide leadership, insight, recommendations, and guidance to team members in support of the establishment and operation of the certification programs.
• Attend regulatory and standardization committees related to the schemes.
• Interface with business unit stakeholders to ensure that certification programs meet customer and internal stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Implement metrics that monitor and demonstrate the success of certification schemes operations and improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to continuously improve and drive quality and business into UL's services to internal and external customers.
