#ELC Creative Visual Merchandising

The Role

The Visual Merchandising Assistant supports the execution of visual strategies across the national perimeter, ensuring brand consistency and impactful in-store experiences. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to deliver high-quality visual solutions that enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Performance Areas

• Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager with window displays and in-store setups ;
• Prepare and update databases , mapping tools , and internal reports for EMEA and global teams;
• Support the creation of planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency across stores;
• Coordinate distribution of materials for product launches and activations, and monitor proper implementation;
• Collaborate on special events (in-store activations, press events) and work closely with vendors and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards;
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s DNA and contribute to innovative merchandising concepts.
