Background

The current role reports directly to the Head of Finance Italy and is responsible for supporting regional operations and clinics with relevant financial reports to aid decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business partner for the Regional Operations Manager.
• Support the Head of Finance in period close, reporting, controlling processes, FP&A and other tasks, providing added value to the business.
• Develop business dashboards and KPIs for the unit to support decision‑making.
• Continuously add value and support to the organization, clinics and regional unit.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive partnership and a family‑like atmosphere.
